These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients purchasing a Subscription Treatment Plan with [Your Business Name] (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By setting up a Direct Debit and booking treatments under a subscription, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. What the Subscription Is

Plain English:
This subscription allows you to spread the cost of treatments over 12 months. It is not pay-as-you-go and is not a way to receive expensive treatments upfront and then cancel.

The Subscription Treatment Plan is a 12-month agreement allowing the cost of pre-agreed treatments to be divided into 12 equal monthly payments collected by Direct Debit.

Treatments included in the subscription are agreed in advance and are subject to suitability, professional judgement, and safe treatment intervals.

2. Payments & Direct Debit

Plain English:
You must keep paying every month. If payments stop, treatments stop.

Payments are collected monthly by Direct Debit for 12 consecutive months.

If a payment fails, is missed, or the Direct Debit is cancelled for any reason:

  • All future treatments and appointments will be paused immediately
  • No further treatments will be provided until payments are fully up to date

All payments made are non-refundable.

3. Fair Use & Treatment Limits

Plain English:
Treatments must be spaced safely. You cannot exceed recommended limits.

All treatments must follow safe, recommended, and professionally approved time intervals.

  • Lash lifts: maximum one every 6 weeks (up to 8 per year)
  • Other skin or body treatments: subject to professional guidance

We reserve the right to delay or refuse treatment if proceeding would be unsafe or inappropriate.

4. High-Value & One-Off Treatments (Including Permanent Makeup)

Plain English:
Expensive treatments are only available once all 12 payments are complete.

High-value or one-off treatments (including permanent makeup) may only be carried out once all 12 monthly payments have been successfully completed.

5. Booking & Appointment Policy

Plain English:
Late cancellations or no-shows mean the treatment is lost.
  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited
  • No-shows are treated as the treatment being used in full
  • Missed treatments are not refunded or replaced

6. Non-Transferable

Plain English:
Your subscription is just for you.

Subscription treatments cannot be transferred, shared, gifted, or exchanged.

7. Medical Suitability & Results

All treatments are subject to consultation and medical suitability at the time of each appointment. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

8. Cancellation by the Client

Plain English:
This is a 12-month commitment. Early cancellation is not allowed.

The subscription may only be cancelled after the initial 12-month term, with at least 30 days’ written notice.

If the Direct Debit is cancelled before the end of the term:

  • The subscription ends immediately
  • Unused treatments are lost
  • Treatments already received may be charged at full pay-as-you-go prices

9. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel a subscription due to failed payments, repeated late cancellations, inappropriate behaviour, or medical unsuitability.

10. Pricing

Subscription pricing is fixed for the 12-month term and will not increase during the active subscription.

11. No Cash Value

Treatments have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, products, or alternative services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
